#PLEINPUNK

Street races, car chases and fire games: this was the apocalyptic scenario  of the Social Music City in which took place the fashion show of the men collection S/S 2016 by Philipp Plein. Plein’s spring-summer is a “hip-punk” inspiration, a hip hop contamination of the purest punk spirit. Oversize t-shirts, extra-skinny pants, studs and a lot of leather are beyond a doubt the main characters of the German stylist’s newest collection. Since the entrance, the show promised great emotions, we were welcomed by a group of six bikers who made their breathtaking exhibition inside a real “Ball of death”.  Later on, among the 65 golden and silver car shells, we watched the #PLEINPUNK crew guys walking on the runway,  guided by the top model Lucky Blue Smith who started the show riding a motorbike. The closing act of this charged up show was entrusted to Tyga’s rap and to the appearance of a huge monster-struck that parked right in the middle of the runway when Plein and his crew were still there.

with love, Elena
